If going nuclear with your ex is what you are looking for, you should find a different lawyer. I do not believe in spending your money that way.
I will try to work with the other side to achieve a good result. If the other side wants a fight, I will defend you. The methods I use will be honest and ethical as well as effective.
My method is to look at your case and tell you what I think is realistic given the circumstances of your case. I will work with you to make an informed decision on how to proceed with your case. I will also keep you up to date with what is happening in your case.
I will not take action to cause lasting harm your children. You will lose your children even if you win the battle.
