Success Story #1
A client paid involuntarily though a private child support collection agency in another jurisdiction. The client had not received credit from the FOC for his payments. The court granted a motion to credit the account for those payments (almost $15,000) and remove the surcharge that had accrued (another $5,000) because the payments had not been timely credited.
Success Story #2
A client had three cases in two counties and insisted that thousands of dollars had not been credited. After dealing with both counties, $6,000 in missing money was found and credited. Then, a settlement was negotiated with one of the other parties to close a case for a lump sum payment and the court approved the settlement.

A client was employed outside of the country but had a restriction on his passport due to a support arrearage. The other party agreed to lift the restriction to allow my client to receive his passport and go to work. This was also to the other party's benefit as the child support was coming directly from my client's pay.
